The Office of Secondary Education for Migrant Youth (SEMY) (pronounced "sem' ee") serves middle school and high school migrant students and educators. The office administers programs to ensure that migrant youth have an opportunity to graduate.

Our mission is to give the migrant student a piece of the American Dream "The Opportunity to Succeed!"
